Collabroo reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
3. Account Registration & Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
4. Access, Listings & Fees
Collabroo may offer free access, early listings, or promotional onboarding at its discretion.
Listing on the platform does not guarantee collaboration offers or paid opportunities.
Collabroo reserves the right to introduce paid features or plans in the future with prior notice.
5. Collaborations & Payments
All collaborations, deliverables, timelines, compensation, and legal obligations are agreed upon directly between brands and creators.
Collabroo manages payments related to collaborations facilitated through the platform. We are responsible for processing payments in accordance with agreed terms and timelines. Any payment-related issues will be handled directly by Collabroo.
6. User Content & Rights
You retain full ownership of the content you upload or share.
By using Collabroo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display your profile, username, and publicly shared content for platform operations, marketing, and promotional purposes.
You must not upload content that is illegal, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
•Misrepresent identity, follower count, engagement, or credentials
•Use bots, fake engagement, or fraudulent practices.
•Spam, harass, threaten, or exploit other users.
•Attempt to interfere with platform security or functionality.
8. Suspension & Termination
Collabroo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at any time, without notice, if a user violates these Terms or harms the platform or its users.
9. Disclaimer
Collabroo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful collaborations, or any specific financial results. All use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collabroo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Modifications to Terms
